Firefox problem resolves itself

I have no clue what happened...

Help..cant see my blog in firefox and do I have to many slide shows??

Howdy all,

I went on my blog this am and could not see in with firefox...I can see it in explorer, Jeff can see it using his computer and firefox...but i could not..

I was able to see others blogs with my firefox...but not my own...

any ideas out there?????

I try to load the page and firefox and it says done at the bottom...but nothing but white loads up on the page....HELP

I am using internet explorer to edit my blog....well at least I can see it and edit it in explorer.

anyway...am now sitting at a coffee shop, waiting for lena to finish her therapy appt.

OK...Do I have too many slide shows?? I have just been playing around with them...do they make the page load to slowly.. which ones do you like?

As far as Parent Swap goes.... both boys were out last night for dinner and most of the evening...Jeff and I had a nice night....watching the Red Sox..mostly Jeff watching. I was playing with our new phone....

finally had to get rid of our 7 year old nokia....it was a great phone and we will miss it....but we had no choice....the TDMA towers are coming down and our reception was getting worse day by day.
I do love our new Motorola razor V3xx ..bluetooth phone...got the cool gold color....voice dial.....holds pictures and music , takes pictures and videos....

How long do you keep your pillows?

Howdy all,

been hanging out with the ma ther and the pa ther ...ordered down comforter and pillows today from Macys.....ours has lost many feathers and has a hole...and is many years old. Also order a few down pillows..cause I have been meaning to replace my old flat ones for a while......and saw on TV many months back that you should replace pillows every six months to two years....well i think six months silly........and two years seems silly to me too....but considering mine were over ten years maybe fifteen or twenty....ha...i decided it was time to replace them.....

So I have a question for you......How long do you keep your pillows?????
Do you wait till the drool has them all stained....or till the feathers all fall out?

Another very good book...very good advice on Diet and health. Gets you metabolism moving again. This may be too difficult for some to do. Jeff and i did this after gaining weight and at first I lost a few pounds then a few weeks later i started losing more.It does get your body ready to burn the calories. If i stuck with this diet I would certainly loose more pounds.

I dont know why but i did

I dont know why i put this picture in but i did....i guess i just wanted a picture and i Just wanted to blog......anyway this was taken a few years back...cute..

didnt do much today ...just starting to get thing together for the cape....
as you know i am complaining about packing...
Today i packed up the motorhome stuff....just in case we happen to get lucky and find a campsite...and also it will make it easier when we get back here from the cape to leave for ct.

Did some errands....mom will love this I bought some sunglasses two weeks ago from marshalls...and the darn things break....gets me mad....all these cheap sunglasses i buy are breaking after a few weeks...never used to do that ....seems like they are making the cheap sunglasses to fall apart....anyways i mad...so i went to marshalls with my reciept and got new pair....ha......

Also got a few things for the trip...like makeup remover pads and bug spray from whole foods....
the pads will work good ..because i dont want to bring a washcloth fore each day....

Went into lexington center and bought two pretty file things to put my to-do lists in and assorted papers...they will sit on my little table by the sofa and look pretty.....rather than have papers sitting all over the place....i like the neat pretty look.....

I think i am writing silly stuff......who wants to know these mundaine things? my family.......me myself and i.....but i dont care...i just like to ramble now and again.....
I am sitting outside now...it is getting dark and around eight thirty....ballie is whining...i think he wants to go for a walk...nobbie is sitting on the red chair beside me.....jeff is at the smoots watching hitch.....i will go now and walk ballie...

Hanging out....scanner shopping and more

Well here i am blogging again......late at night, I might add....
Today was a full day....woke up at seven and did my morning walk away the pounds tape....went with margie to get color for my hair and then to pick up the boys from camp....
Jeff had his annual dr appt...so i went with him into brookline....I had some errands to do while he was at his appt....Had to have a bra resized......ha......I lost some weight ...and i lost it there.......yep....oh dear i just wrote something personal in my blog..........my mother told me never too write anything personal while blogging......oh well ........ha
Anyway..ran into old friend...traudel...in town...so we went out for coffee....I had jasmine green tea..@peets coffee shop.... It was nice catching up....
I still had time for my resize and more time.....jeff and i had walkie talkies to communicate......I called him and he was still at the doctors ........so i went to trader joes...picked up a nice bean salad and california roll...plus curry chicken salad for jeff....Oh and some nice preserved ginger....had sugar but not as much as that crystalized stuff.....

Anyways jeff got back from dr...had the normal tests ...blood taken etc......
We then went to pick up a wallet that i wanted to buy with my MAD money...here is a picture
mine is in chocolate brown of course......

Jeff and I then went scanner shopping.... Went to Best buy, office max, office depot, and comp usa....... we think we found the right one for scanning photos and slides.... .Jeff wants to put together a presentation for his moms 85th birthday. So this should do the trick.....

I ordered this tonight from buy.com....I really like buy.com...seems like I always get good prices there.....by the way mom, this will be shipped to your home....

After shopping around forever for scanners we did a few more errands and arrived Homey after eight.....leftovers for dinner.....and more research online for the scanner before i ordered it.....

Our cape cod plans have changed ......much to my dismay.......the state park where we normally stay no longer allows camping in the overflow area for our Homey.....booo hoooo.....I called all the rv parks in the area and of course everything is full......so the plan is now to leave homey here in mass.......drive to the cape on saturday with a packed car and the cats .....we will stay in the house that Margie and Sandy rent. There is an xtra room we can stay in with the furboys.....

But i have to whine now...cause i am so spoiled living in Homey

not having to pack and unpack when you go to a new place is wonderful

.........now i have to pack up stuff....lots of stuff and think about what to bring.....ught...i will have to start a list.......

I really dont want to do this......Ugh.......
I have to go now...it is past eleven and I need to start a list.....
Ugh.....

Oh ....on the bright side....i found a nice flosser....check out the oral b hummingbird...
its cute small like a hummingbird and sounds like one....it uses a battery and vibrates to clean between teeth....i like using the pick best......one more thing to pack.......ugh

The begining or end of my blogging?

Howdy....here it is way past midnight....ballie lying on the bed beside me...this is one of the best places in the Homey to get a wifi connection from the Smoots home. Oh Jeff is here on the bed too...beside ballie...too...ballie is in the middle of us ..nobbie at our feet....jeff is reading papers and stuff he got in the mail and I am playing around with the blogging thing...who knows if I will blog or not to blog....that is the question.....

I have been sleeping a little later her for some reason
strange.....Maybe it is the rain.....well it is raining..and i can hear it on the roof of homey...i like the sound......

Oh went to some beauty supply stores with margie today....things cheap cause she gets discount...like those nice lotion i got u chick.....from foxwoods they had sale on them ...3 for nine dollars....real cheap....
well i cant write anymore....well i take that back...i could write more...but i dont want to cause i getting fuzzy eyes.....and i need to brush teeth and wash face and it already past twelve thirty....and now ballie all streched out and i not have much room on the bed...that rascal....he will be up in a few hours yelling at us for food....
